Our Services

Step 1: Consultation

Set up a free walk-through and estimate with our company by completing the consultation form located underneath the tab "Get Started." The information you provide will help us find a time that works for us to schedule your first service. Step 2: Deep Clean

deep clean allows us to set our standard for keeping a well-maintained home. We work top to bottom and go under, over, around, and behind every furnishing and appliance possible. This initial, thorough service usually takes a minimum of 4 team hours and may take more than one service to complete.

Step 3: Maintenance

After we establish the quality we require for upkeep of your home, maintenance cleans can be scheduled as frequently as weekly, bi-weekly (every other week), or monthly. Bi-weekly cleans are most common. We set a flat rates for these cleans, which is influenced by frequency of service. Most are completed within a 2 hr window, including travel time.

We offer residential interior cleaning to homes and apartments.

Wicked Meticulous is a residential cleaning service, owner-operated by husband and wife team Justin and Ellen Endres.

We have been working together full-time since 2017, although the business started in 2014 when Ellen began cleaning rentals with Franconia Notch Vacations.

Being a seasonal job, openings were filled with residential clients by word-of-mouth.

Justin and I met in July 2016. He started helping me occasionally with rentals and found that he too enjoyed the work.

As the demand for residential service grew, it was clear we needed four hands full-time, and we became a full-fledged licensed and insured professional cleaning service. We upgraded our equipment and supplies and work as independent contractors.

Each year we have doubled our clientele, servicing hundreds of properties around our home-base of Whitefield, NH.

FAQ's

Our most commonly asked questions:

How much do you charge per hour?

We don’t.

Homes are quoted by the job.

Factors that influence rates are the condition and features of the home, type of flooring, size and location of the property, and if you have pets.

At the walk-through, we pay close attention to the level of buildup needing to be cleaned.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

We provide our own vacuum, mop, broom, rags/sponges, tools, and products we prefer using, which are green cleaning supplies. Most of our products are Zep, but our two main surface cleaners are distilled white vinegar/Dawn and Murphy’s Oil Soap/water. If there is a product you prefer we use that is specific to your home, you are welcome to provide it.

What is your availability?

Our average wait for initial service is 4 weeks and we do keep a cancellation wait-list.

We require a deep clean to begin services so that we can get your home up to our standards and become familiar with the routine and detail required for regular (maintenance) cleaning.

Deep cleans are a minimum of four team hours, and some homes may take up to two or three services to complete. Maintenance services can be weekly or bi-weekly (every other week) and average two hours.

Are you insured?

Wicked Meticulous is licensed as a sole-proprietorship business with the state of New Hampshire.

We are independent contractors and carry general liability insurance.

What if I have to cancel?

Our cancellation fee is $50 for residential maintenance service if cleaning is cancelled with less than one week’s notice. This includes arriving for scheduled service and being unable to enter the home.

We make exceptions for illness and emergency.

What areas do you serve?

Our home is located in Lancaster, NH. We regularly service Lancaster and surrounding areas within a 30-mile radius being: Whitefield, Dalton, Jefferson, Twin Mountain, Littleton, Bethlehem, Franconia, Easton, and Sugar Hill.

We are willing to travel for one-time deep cleaning.
